Passport and Visa
All foreign visitors entering China must have a valid passport and a visa. An official letter/fax of invitation from the Chinese Ministry of Education will be sent to you shortly which you will need when you apply for the entry visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General closest to you. Check the People's Republic of China website to find the closest embassy or consulate to you. The link to the VISA forms are also on the website. For this trip, a F visa (business visa) is needed. The purpose of the trip is: Business with the Chinese Ministry of Education to provide technical assistance for the development of an online language learning system.
